KANSAS CITY, Mo. — All that screaming and crying late Thursday night in Kansas City and points beyond came from fans of Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce as they listened to her new album, “The Tortured Poets Department.”
The album and song lyrics leaked on Wednesday, so many people knew there might be a song about her current boyfriend.
Many now believe Swift wrote two songs about the Chiefs tight end on her new albums.
Who else would this lyric reference: “You knew what you wanted, and boy, you got her.”
And yes, we said albums.
Swifties on TikTok including JoJo in KC, a longtime Swiftie and Chiefs fan, were ready to film themselves reacting to one of the leaked songs, “The Alchemy.”
